A monthly bag of any combination of beef, yak, chicken, and/or sometimes pork. The combination varies each month. The bag is based on value and not weight. A bag with premium steaks will have a higher value and less weight. The CSA is once a month for six months. The price is the cost for a total of 6 bags.
The bag is ready on the first Saturday of the month from noon until 3 PM. If you cannot pick it up on that Saturday, it will be waiting on the next Saturday or by appointment.
